How does the free trial work?

New users get full access to the entire platform for 7 days, with no credit card required - run natural-language searches, enrich profiles with verified contacts, score candidates against your criteria and launch outreach, end to end. When the trial ends you choose the plan that fits your volume; nothing changes until you decide to continue.

Can I get a longer free trial?

Yes. The self-serve free trial is 7 days with no credit card. If you'd like more time to evaluate with your team, talk to us and we'll extend it to a 14-day free trial - still no card required. Book a demo or email the team and we'll set it up.

Question 3

What counts as a search?

Accepted Answer

A search is one natural-language query you run against the connected sources - for example, 'senior React engineers in Berlin, 5+ years' or 'Series A fintechs hiring backend engineers'. It returns a live-streamed, de-duplicated set of candidates or companies that you can then score and shortlist. Each plan includes a set number of searches per day and per month, shown on the plan cards above.

How do credits and limits work across plans?

Every plan comes with a monthly allotment of searches, enrichment credits and exports, plus a cap on concurrent projects and active campaigns. Credits cover metered actions such as revealing a verified contact, and unused credits roll over while your subscription is active. As your volume grows you move up a tier - Basic, Explorer or Pro - and every limit scales with you.

Where do the candidates and contact details come from?

Instalent searches across the open web, GitHub, professional networks and technical communities, then verifies contact details from multiple sources. It cross-checks each contact until it finds a verified email, phone or LinkedIn - so you get strong coverage, and contacts are checked rather than guessed.

Are enrichment and outreach included, or billed separately?

Both are built in - there are no separate per-contact data subscriptions or add-on outreach tools to buy. Enrichment draws on your plan's credits, and outreach runs as automated, multichannel sequences with follow-ups. It is one platform doing the work of five.

Can I connect my existing ATS?

Accepted Answer

Yes - Instalent has two-way sync with RecruiterFlow, Greenhouse, Lever and TeamTailor, so shortlists and enriched contacts flow to your ATS automatically. If the one your team uses isn't on that list yet, mention it on a demo and we'll tell you where it sits.

What happens when I upgrade or change plans?

Accepted Answer

Plan changes take effect right away and are prorated automatically in the secure billing portal, so you only pay the difference for the time left in your cycle. You can move up or down between tiers as your hiring volume changes through the year.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Accepted Answer

Anytime. Use the Month / Year toggle above the plans, and annual billing applies the listed discount. A change of billing period takes effect from your next renewal.
